well, was supposed to pick Baby back up from the paint shop this afternoon but the painter called and asked for a few more hours on her so I'll get her around 10am tomorrow morning.
He decided she needed more work that we figured to make her as good as possible for Carlisle. We knew when I dropped her off he needed to re-wetsand the rear quarterpanels at the bottom and the front fender "slots" again and than rebuff the entire car all over but when he called today he also ended up rwetsanding the entire hood again and some other areas he wasn't happy about. He also had to wait for his shipment of new pads for the buffer but he got them so he's buffing her out but needed the few extra hours to make sure everything is good and not rushed. I don't mind waiting until the morning to make sure the job is done well - besides, you all know i've learned a lot of patience with this car......... :D
Actually, that turned out well as my original plan was to start cleaning her up tonight but I wouldn't be able to do that anyway as I'm hitting the bed in another hour or so anyway since I have to wake up around 2:30am to head out to work for a few hours. So, after I pick her up in the morning I get to spend the rest of the day cleaning her all up again to get ready for Carlisle.

Can't wait to head out to the show dark and early Fri. morning! :beer

sorry Andy, I'm not saying :D

I don't mind 83 million strangers watching me but I'm very self-concious if I know people I know are watching. I don't even tell my own family when I'm on. I'll tell you in the morning when I get back home when i WAS on though......... ;LOL

If it wasn't for all the fussin', I'd have to tackle the "Honey-Do" list.

What would you do? ;LOL
fuss fuss fuss.....no brainer.....

Barry, and all others.

Putting final touches on the 63 and will be ready to go. Loading it up after work on Thursday and will be on my way out to Carlisle on Thursday night, arriving at the hotel late. Hope to get up early, take the car out of the trailer, keeping the trailer parked at the hotel and heading to the site. Will have my second vette that I will use to carry a lot of the stuff along with us.

I will be at the NCCC CONCOURS area with the 63...so come by and say hi...
