Hello,
My back-up lights don't work when I put my '86 Doug Nash 4+3 in Reverse. I have looked at wire diagrams and have kind of decided I'm going to replace my back-up light switch located on the transmission housing.
My question is: do I need to be aware of any fluid coming out when I take the switch out? Maybe if someone has done this before, what tool did you use for the job?

Any responses will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Keith Rawlins

No fluid will come out...I used a simple open end wrench...you may want to order a 4+3 filter and gasket and change the fluid while you are under there. The 4+3 LOVES to run clean. Change it every 10,000 miles. Its a small price to pay for insurance.
