All,

Mason-Dixon has our upcoming SPRING MEET scheduled for April 2 in downtown Baltimore. We are looking for cars! We have a FULL 8-car field in the C2's already! We are still looking for folks to bring out their C1/C3/C4's.

Please go to the Mason-Dixon website and download/send your application in!
Thanks. Rick

I checked out the Mason Dixon NCRS website. I was moved when I saw the club spent time with children at Mount Washington Pediatric Hospital. Nice to see Corvettes put a smile on their little faces. If all Corvette clubs do this kind of thing, I have to think about joining one.

B17,

thanks for the kind words! the meet we are holding, a VINTAGE THUNDER drag meet held in June, and our fall meet held in October are intended to raise funds for the hospital and several other worry charities in our local area.

You are welcome, those are wonderful causes to support. Nice to see Corvette clubs putting forth such a valuable effort.

our club also does many various things for different charities every year. If I'm not mistaken, I think you will find that most Vette clubs do. :)

Barry,

I wasn’t aware that Corvette Clubs did so much. It makes me want to look into joining a club.

In the past, I’ve steered away from joining a club because of the work schedule I have, my free time is next to nill and I would feel bad not showing up for a majority of meetings and activities.

So as some of you know I plan on attending some NCRS meets this coming season.

I map quested myself to the dealer ship and its a good 4 hour drive for me.

I want to register for to be an oj on the C2's and also see if I could display my car is sportsman class.

Larry, I'm about an hour away but you are welcome to stay with us :)

yeah, i know an hour isn't the most convinient but i figured the offer would be nice anyway and the nightly rate is hard to beat!. :D

Barry that is very generous , But I have a 6 word response to you

"Put the lotion in the basket" Only kidding I just cant get that image out of my head.

I am hoping to come down to a local hotel close to the dealership and sleep over on a saturday night, then drive home on Sunday afternoon. I have to get some shake down miles on the 62 before BG. See you soon

IH2LOSE there is a Days Inn on Padonia Road about one mile west of the dealership. Holiday Inn about 2 miles south and a whole slew about 2miles north. Including Marriots Hunt Valley Inn , Courtyard by Marriot and Embassy Suites. There are more but the names are escaping me now. Numerous restaurants nearby. Chains plus good quality places. Let me know if you need more travel guidance

For those of you planning on attending this meet - we also have a tech session on April 1 - details can be found on the Mason-Dixon website calendar link
