In this market who knows....28k isn't too far off, if any. If the car had dymag wheels, it would be considered right on par or a deal if you factor in the number 1 condition and extra low mileage. Its all in the eye of the beholder. I did have email with the owner and he got the car out and drove it to work. he's decided to keep it
