Baseball Trivia--Bobby Richardson's 1961 Corvette?

Bobby Richardson, the NY Yankee's second baseman back in the 50s and 60s, was given a 1961 Corvette by the team for winning the 1960 World Series MVP Award--the award was different that year because it went to a member of the LOSING team (Pirqates won the Series). He ended up trading the car, reacquiring it, and then trading it again because of a growing family.
Would be interesting to see if the car is still out there and where it is--quite a history if it is. Any of our C-1 guys out there have a car with a Robert C. Richardson as the first owner??
