MY Corvette model glows!

I have a 1997 red corvette coupe and I have a ton of LED's laying around. I slide some into a model porche of mine to see how it would look and got the idea to light up my corvette like a real car would with under glow/neon.

BUT before I drilled into it and dremeled out the sections put them I wanted to know if a model like this would ever have a value to it. I dont have the box or anything else that came with it.

I also have the Bburago 1957 red corvette. Would a model like this ever have value? granted I got it when I was about 4 and spent an uncountable number of hours playing with it.

Bburago models are quite mass market. But, from time to time they do put out a special item. By and large though they really don't have any high value that I have seen at flea markets in Germany as compared to say Auto Art or UT.

I say do what you like with it! Just my 2c.

alright thanks,

although I still feel like I am defacing a corvette

That looks pretty cool. Good idea.

that's nothing lol. When those pictures where take the car had 4 green and 5 red. It now has 10 Red (all under neath it) and still 4 green inside.

thanks for the compliments though.
