Bench testing a 65 AM/FM RADIO

I need help determining which wires do what. I have a 2 wire plug black and green. Then a 3 wire plug near the top, which is power and which is speaker??

Two wire plug, black & green, is the speaker connection. The three wire plug is radio power, ground, and dial light.
Don't remember the colors & which is which, however. But, it only connects one way to the 3-wire connector in the car.

The three wires on the three wire connector should be black, black/yellow, and gray. Black is ground, black/yellow is the hot wire, and gray is the light. Took me a few minutes to dig this out.

Make sure when you are bench testing, to use the correct speaker. It MUST have the little transformer on it (like the original). Without the correct speaker, you stand the probability of frying the final amplifier.
