Like the title says I have a few broken connector lock tabs on 3, two post Delphi connectors. One is the vehicle speed sensor(speedo on trans), one is the oil pressure(for the gauge) and the other goes to the lower back of the plenum. I have an old 1990 C4 Coupe that I'm restoring and these things are as brittle as egg shells. As soon as you try to gently pry open the tab to release the connector, "pop" off comes the tab. Good weatherseal system but GM could have done better with the lock mechanism IMHO.

Is there a preferred kit for fixing/replacing them that won't break the bank. The ones breaking are all the two pole variety.

Thanks, Don :beer

I've never really had trouble with them coming loose after the locking tab breaks, that lip seal thing holds 'em plenty tight.
However, if you want to redo it right Summit and Jegs both have kits to create totally new Weatherpak connectors (search Weather-Tite on Summit, Jegs is Weatherpak).
I've occasionally found them at auto parts stores as well.
