I have ordered almost exclusively from Eckler's and I have had great experiences. However, I am trying to find a source for the more mundane parts of the car.

For example, I need to locate a proportioning valve and it seems to me that the price at Eckler's is pretty healthy for something like that. Any ideas?

Try E-Bay , Ive had really good luck. If not E-Bay, How about your local Chevy Dealer!!!:D

On the web I've found Corvette Central to be a little cheaper than Ecklers. In fact the difference is often enough that it's worth me paying the Michigan sales tax to order from CC.

On the street one of the best places I've found is my local AutoQuest. They seem a little sharper than the NAPA here in Ann Arbor.
