How many other 71 Big Block / Power Steering Deleted cars are out there ?
I think that this is a very positive part of the driving package of my car. Anybody else feel the same way?

Not a C3, but my C2 has never had power steering all the way back to the original 7.75-15 skinny bias plies.

Even now, with P265-50Rx15 on 1969 8" rims on the front, I wouldn't have it any other way. I look on it as good exercise. :D

I've had all 3 forms of these options. One '70 LS-5 coupe, pwr steering, no pwr brakes, another '70 LS-5 coupe, no pwr steering, pwr brakes and another '70 LS-5 coupe, both pwr steering & brakes.

Definitely prefer both options, especially at low speed turns for steering and high speed runs for brakes!

Currently, my '71 LS-6 coupe has both options.

Power steering wasn't 'deleted' as it wasn't standard equipment in 1971. Not having it just meant that it wasn't ordered on the option sheet.

GM did not keep records of combinations of options, so it's anybody's guess as to how many cars were configured this way. :beer
