Big Block Valve Covers

Since 427 valve covers came with drippers, are they really needed? I want to replace'em but aftermarket covers don't come with drippers. Not the ones I've looked at anyway's. We argued this at work and naturally we didn't get anywhere's. I think I can get by without them. Any opinions?

I bought my chrome valve covers (with drippers) from Noah Performance and they work fine and look great. Didn't cost nearly what some of the catalogs are asking for their chrome valve covers. Make sure to install a quality set of new gaskets!

Thanks Barb and Brad. I just placed my order. It was going to cost me $200 to have them rechromed. This is much nicer.
