blinking lights

haven't searched the threads yet, but want to post this.....at night my lights flicker as does my radio display, both flicker at the same time and periodically, DIC on the alt output shows 13-14 volts, but still get flicker, the radio display flickers barely noticible, but the lights flicker too, is this a grounding issue and if so, where do I find the ground points and how to get to them.......anyone else seen this.....?

Yes, it is worse when the air pump kicks on while the car is still warming up. I put an optima redtop in mine 3 or 4 weeks ago and replaces all of the belts and it has gone away since. Hopefully it will not return. I think checking and cleaning the grounds would be a good idea regardless. I need to do that next time I am changing the oil.

I checked the ground spots found in the mtce manuals, drove the car this week under differing nite time conditions........no blinks, thanks for the advice guys!
