What are you really looking forward to seeing or doing at the Bloomington Gold Show??

I have never been so, if there is something someone has seen in the past that makes the must do / see" list, please share :m

Enjoy :w :m

Take picture of course :D

This will be my 1st Bloomington so I am really looking forward to it too.

12 days and counting...

The auction on Saturday is usually entertaining. That is when the high dollar cars come across. I've been for the last 20 years and have always enjoyed the entire experience. It will be a sea of cars and parts. I know of a red 67 L88 that may change hands (not in the auction) there for a price that is going to be astronomical.

Mark Donnally

I love Callaways, but I've only seen like 4 of em in person so being able to see the Special Collection is going to be awesome!!!....let alone all the other Vettes that are going to be there. It's also going to be neat to meet you guys that I've talked to through emails and posting on here.

I think there is some special collection there this year or something....

:D :D :D

Callaway Class

I look forward the the Callaway class. As I have met with the Callaway folks many times and had long discussions with other owners I always come back with something new that I have learned. And those I have spoken to were also happy that they came away with something they did not know about. This class will be a great deal of information for the owners and the curious corvette owner. This class will be a wealth of information for everyone. Everyowner should spend the $50 to go to this class. Trust me it will be well worth it.

All the Callaway stuff will be awesome and an event itself. The one thing not to miss is Sunday's certification field. These cars only come out to play on Sun. The restoration quality on most is a real sight. Then seeing up to 10 per year (20 each for 66 and 67), is stunning.

Sometimes by Sunday you are tired and it's a travel back day, but get moving to the show field. It's a must see in addition to everything else.

The Callaway Class will be held inside, adjacent to the Special Collection on Saturday, between 1:30 - 3:30
I know firsthand, there are going to be some nice touches for the Callaway Owners there, and a ton of information for the Enthusiast, or someone in the market for one :upthumbs
See you in Bloomington :w

I'm looking forward to meeting other Callaway owners, and learning more about these cars. Like how to really open them up, my car runs very simular to my ZR1. I think it can do more maybe someone can show me the way.

I agree, meeting the fellow Callaway owners will be the best part. Cross, I'll be happy to talk to you about your car. Mine is currently at 425rwhp/570rwtq....with better tuning an cooler intercoolers those numbers will probably hit 440/600. ;)

Going back through some old threads I came across this - How true this statement is :cool

What a great show BG was back in 2004 :cool

Reuben, how's that framed pic layout doing???

BTW, One day, hopefully we will each get into the Hall of Fame :cool
