Blower Motor does not work

My 1984 blower motor quit working. Checked the ground.. it is okay. Ran a hot wire directly to the motor and it runs fine. Changed the resistor, relay and switch... still won't run unless fed directly from the battery. Any ideas? Is there a good trouble shooting guide somewhere?

Easiest way to SOLVE your problem is buy the FSM.
It includes Electrical troubleshooting manual.

Yeah I agree I had problems with my 99 Alero twice. First time it was the motor. Second time it was the motor AND the resistor pack. Good luck. Did you look to see if there are any fuses?
