I have noticed that there are some people here whose vettes are spitting images of each other and thought it might be an interesting/fun thread to see how many matches we have.

Let's see how close our cars are by:
  • Year
  • Body Style
  • Cosmetics = Paint scheme, wheels, interior
  • Mechanical= Pretty much says it all...engine,drive train,
  • Numbers/non-numbers car
If you post a picture it won't hurt anything, :D but if you don't have a picture we'll believe you ;) .

Just curious to see how close some cars here are to each other.

Your car doesn't have to match the one before it..just describe it (with picture if possible) and see who responds.

I'll start...

My car:
1967 coupe
Red with black stinger hood
Black interior
Matching #s
L79
4Speed
Side Exhaust
Vintage A/C
Bolt ons
Teak steering wheel.

Any matches?

Goodwood Green. Most popular colour in 1967 that ended up in re-sale red. Nobody likes green. Few greens left.

A 327/300 with Powerglide. Nobody likes that as well. Many converted to a four-speed.

Me. I am left with the residue. Suits me fine.
