Boost Problem Corrected!!!!!!!!!

I installed my new cats today and corrected the boost creep. I took it out and did some speed runs. The only thing I have to do now is raise the boost up a little and I am set . I called Callaway and they steered me towards the Random tech Cats 4 inches in diameter and a total including the ends of 10.5 inches. They flow 525 cfm not too bad. Well now I have corrected my creap problem Other than having Callaway machine the housing and wastegate this was the ONLY SOLUTION. :J :J

Pete - Good deal The 4" cat - is that a 4" tube or are the inlet / outlet openings 4"??? If so, thats << huge >> exhaust

I only know of Mufflex in NJ who works w/ 4" pipes...

Chris the inlet and outlet are 2.5 inches and the body of the cat is 4 inches in diameter.They are also Stainless Steel.

I could have stuffed a potato in your exhaust... that would have worked too. I guess what you're saying is that a little bit of backpressure is a good thing on these cars!

Yes a little back pressure will help the waste gate control the boost effectively
