You just have to bleed the fronts. But if I where you I would bleed the back brakes also. I you haven't flushed your brake system in at lest 2 years do them all. Brake fluid absorbs moisture over time and the wet boiling point decress and with moisture in the line could make the peadle spongy. If you do a web surch on brake fluid you can read in better detail. Beside it wont take long to do the rears.
