I have this brake thing (distribution block?) on my front frame that has the brake lines going into it - it has two yellow wires coming from it - one is grounded to the radiator the other is cut off and does not appear to be wired into . . anywhere. I assume this is the low fluid warning light but I cant find it on my wiring diagram. Anyone have a clue as to where I should wire this . . odd that I cant find it on the wiring diagram. Thanks in advance! JIM

Doesn't sound like an original item. Picture?
rlm :confused :cool

No such thing as a low low fluid warning light on those old cars, and the sensor would be in the master cylinder filler neck, anyway. Could be some sort of anti-theft device, maybe, or a pressure sensor to replace the original simple mechanical brake pedal stoplight switch. It isn't a stock item... nothing on the brake lines except small brass junction blocks to connect the pipes together.

Wayne - is there an easy add for a low fluid sensor? I think in 67 they had them but probably wouldn't retrofit to my single master cyl? Thanks about the other thing - I'll just leave it disconnected.

Do you think it could be a line-lock that a drag racer has put on it to lock the front wheels when they were doing burn-outs?

Ol' Blu - well now you're right on top of it . . . I"ve been sitting here trying to figure out what it could be - its not an insubstantial item - and I just couldn't figure it out - but yes that is what it is!! Thanks!!
