After fixing something that wasn't broke I have fixed it again. Installed Raybestos rotors slotted and forged drilled with EBC Greenstuff pads, Goodridge SS hoses. They hummed at speeds over 50. Not pulse, just vibration from the slots I guess. And the dust! It looked like a Weber dumped out on the wheels in a few hundred. EBCs moaned and groaned at final stop.

Raybestos Quiet Stop Ceramic on there now. Very little if any hum, and they bite as good slow and better fast. It dumps 10 or15 mph when you touch the pedal not really stepping on it. Hardly any dust confirmed as claimed too. Came with very important brake part grease that is not mentioned in the Helms. Chamferred on the leading edge. If you have slotted rotors be careful which pads you use.

Think Power Stop drilled rotors require a semi-metallic pad to avoid those types of problems. EBC pads should have worked on your rotors. Did you try to chamfer the edge of the EBC pads and add the grease to the back of the pad??
