Build date code on 65

Did build date codes for month in 65 start with A = August, B = Sept? From previous post I know that K = June, which would indicate that they used a B for August.

are you referring to the body build date code from the trim tag?


if so and you are referring to the 65 M.Y. (AOS and SL were in synch in 65 M.Y.) August is A, Sept B, Oct C etc. all the way to Aug 65, which had 2 cars built - the second Aug was M (and June was K, but you counted back wrong).
