How hard is it to by-pass the heater core? Mine is leaking, and i think i will wait on replacing it. The org. A/C was removed and i want to reinstall it later.

Can i just plug the hoses, remove them or run them into each other?

Thanks for any help!

Run them into each other. Better yet get another hose and run it from the pump to the top of the engine, leave the other hoses intact so when you get to fixing the core you will not need to get new hoses. That is unless your hoses are shot also.

Won't work just one hose. One is 5/8 in. and the other is 3/4 in. so you must buy an adaper at an auto store to put the two pieces of hose to gether, 5/8 to 3/4.

That's what I did with mine. I also bought 2 short pieces of hose (5/8" and 3/4") so I wouldn't damage the relatively new heater hoses.

That's what i did two pieces, and an adaper worked great!
