Just returned from a road trip to hot KY where I visited the GM plant and Corvette museum.While heading home I noticed my a/c condensor runoff was dumping water into the passenger floorboard.While trying to dry this out overnight with a large fan and then moving the car the next AM -I got the famous " steering column lock" on the DIC.I've never had the car towed into a dealer b-4 and am more than a little concerned, both on the tow and the dealer permanently fixing both problems - I live rurally at 7300 feet in cool dry Durango CO-I've read the threads on this problem and it sounds perplexing- any additional hints on towing and handling the dealer/ service managers?
