I am looking for a molded carpet set for my 62.(is that possible)


I had met with my interiour guy last week and I had always thought he was going to make me a molded carpet set for my car,he explained he has to make it just like the original ones with the seams in it.

Any body know if there is a molded set out there?

C-1 Carpet

I installed carpet from Al Knoch Interiors and the fit was perfect. I purchased my interior componets from Paragon and confirmed that it would be Knoch interior parts. The price was cheaper from Paragon with discount.

61 silver do have a a picture of the completed carpert set?

The edge bonding by the console behind the shifter is what I was trying to avoid.(for me its just another crack or crevise for the cigerette ashes to fly into)

Not available as molded, but we do have the exact set as 61 Silver shows in his pictures.

Larry,

If your upholstery guy is going to make them, he can put the seams and binding almost anywhere he wants. The guy that is making the carpets for the 59 is using Wilton square weve wool carpet and binding all the edges. I think that carpet like this gives a more elegant look than a molded set, and really shows off the craftmanship of the upholsterer. I don't think that you will find a molded set of carpets for a C1.
