Where can I find a complete set of instructions for rebuilding the front end of my 61'

Corvette Servicing Guide ST12. Available from NCRS or almost any parts vendor. No C1 owner should be without one.

Agree - ST12 will show you the way.

BTW, avoid the C1 front end kit made by Corvette America. Several of us had problems with them as the upper inners were made wrong & don't fit.

The other thing to remember is that the steering box is not covered in the ST-12, I needed to get a 49-54
Chevy shop manual for that.

It took me awhile to learn that chisel mark on the steering shaft must be at the 12 O'clock position with wheels pointed straight ahead. The gear and sector lash is only at minimum at that point.
