I just got my new ZIP solid axle catalog and I think it is another great resource for C1 parts, on par with Paragon and Corvette Central catalogs. You might want to check it out.

Most of the parts my father and I got for the work on his '65 were ordered from ZIP. Great people to deal with.

How do you get a discount?
The new solid axle catalog explains their discount program, 10% if I'm not mistaken but you have to spend a good initial dollar amount before it kicks in. Don't remember off hand what it is. I don't have the catalog with me right now.

I've purchased numerous items from ZIP. Mostly small stuff. I've found their prices to be less expensive in most cases. Shipping has been done within a day or two of order placement. Even had one item shipped the same day as the order. Items have been in stock (maybe I'm just lucky that I'm not looking for a 61 nose emblem like Gary). On one item that was on backorder, the ZIP customer service rep called their supplier to see when it would be shipped to them and then had their vendor ship directly to me. How can you ask for more than that. A great customer oriented company from my experiences.

it's always nice to hear good news and good service from a vendor. On the few items I've had to order for my '65 I've always used either LICS or Paragon to date and have had good luck with both of those vendors so far, but now maybe I'll give ZIP a try also as I'll be needing a number of various things for my winter projects i have planned.

Zip

most of the parts I have on my 67 come from ZIP. They are about 15 minutes from my house. I have gotten to know them pretty good. There for a while I was popping in twice a day for stuff.

I'm still waiting for Paragon to put a distribution center in my town to keep me supplied with parts for my 61 :)

I deal with Zip almost exclusively...10% discount on orders over $850
