I was wondering if someone knows the translation for this code:

C1214 Sol Valve relay Contact or coil CKT Open

It is in the history of a 2002 Corvette I'm looking to buy and I'm just wondering what it means. Thanks!

It has to do with the braking system. When the code is current, meaning the Electronic Brake Control Module (EBCM) is not working correctly, your traction control system, anti-lock brakes, and active handling will also be disabled since they are tied into the braking system. The ABS module, which contains the EBCM, is in the engine compartment on the driver's side just under where the upper radiator hose is.

If the code is H it may have been fixed and just not cleared.
