Hi Chris,

The SSR has a 5.3 liter Vortech engine.
It looks just like an LS-1; the engine block is the same size.
Callaway checked my SSR over; they said that they could fit a 6.8 liter C5-R engine in it.

Big John - That is great!! I had no idea it was a 5.3L from the same engine family & all - 6.8L, next you will need all-wheel drive for traction in the 'lil truck
