My brother in law has an M21 Muncie out of his Vette for engine overhaul and we were noticing after opening up the side cover that 2nd gear has a bit of play in it... maybe 1/16" front to rear and a little bit in the lateral direction. Is this anything to be concerned about? Also the edges of the teeth have a bit of a bevel on them. Thanks for any help.
