C3 Owner's manual questions

Just picked up what I am pretty sure are original manuals for 69 and 72 - 76. Some are literally mint - and I do not use that word loosely - others are near it. I have some quesions:

I had a couple of different years before and remember that the reprints actually have "reprinted by permission", or something similar, written on the first couple of pages, correct?

The 69 manual does not have the owners/news card and it appears one was never bound in. Is that correct?

69 and 72 are second edition and also show a part number. But, the 74 - 76 show only General Motors Corporation, followed by the year. And, there is no part number, only the HELM form number. Correct?

Last thing. I found it strange that the 74 has no "operating record", while all the others do.

I believe that some of the early reprints were identical to the originals while later reprints had the reprint statement. Can be hard to know what you have.
