aloha, is there a way to see a difference between the 2001/ls6 intake and my 99' intake if its on the car? i called my dealer and they said they lost the records for the car:argue i will make a suprise visit to see the service manager this morning. i want to put the ls6 manifold on , unless its already onmahalo,later,Todd.

Hi there,
Yes, the port design is different from the 99- 01.
If they did the change correctly, they would have installed the revised coolant bypass lines, with plugs at the back, and the pipe up front.
You can reference the diagram to see the pipe I am speaking of, in the ZO6 intake post.
