Question: C4 Front bumper help

Anyone able to assist me with how I can remove the front bumper filler panel without messing it up or damaging the bumper, so I can mount license plate 1995 Coupe.

If you plan on showing the car sometime take the panel with you and slide it back into place over the plate. It should be tight enough to hold it in place and makes the car look nice. Just remember to remove it before you drive home.
