C4 trip odometer/ fuel settings

I'm having an issue with my driver information center on my 1993 Corvette . gauges work fine and all but the trip odometer / fuel settings and buttons to the left of the driver information display do not work at all ?? I've replaced the DIC and still nothing works ? Any ideas as to what could be the problem ?
