C5 2000 Convertible both turn signal out

Both turn signals went out on my bed at the same time, my hazard lights don't work either. If I'm coming up to a stop sign for example and and breaking and I turn one of the signals on that isn't working that brake light turns off in back. No codes came up, fuses were fine. I'm on disability and trying to see if I can get this figured out, without needing to pay big bucks at dealership...my late dad left this car to me and I'm just trying tty o be able to afford it.

Try cycling your 4way flasher switch off on on fast for 5 or 10 cycles and see if they work. Make sure that the 4 way switch is in the off position after the test.
