C5 Driver door latch

I own a 2002 C5 Z06. I am the second owner. The car only has a bit more than 10,000 miles on it. I have an interesting problem. The drivers side door latch is defective in that when the door is closed it thinks the door is open and causes the battery to drain. I have yet to find a door latch. The part number is 10346748. I have checked eBay but no luck. Any suggestions?
