C5 heat/ac controls

The light for the main screen on my control unit is very dim. Turning dash lights up or down has no effect. How do I make it brighter? All the function button lights are fine.

HI there,
It could be that the display has a short inside. This is a common occurance in c5.
If you cannot vary the screen intensity, then I would propose a control head.

I got one off Ebay $75.00 used works great. Straight forward install.
