C5 + positive battery connection wire replacement

Any body replace one of these, it splits 2 ways from the + terminal. One wire goes to the fuse box next to the battery and the other lead goes straight down behind th front wheel housing so it seems to replace this wire one must remove the wheel well to get to the lower connection. Any help or advice is appreciated. Thanks.

I haven't replaced the battery connection wire, so I'll wait until someone comes along who has.

HI there,
The other end goes to the positive terminal on the starter.
The best way to access this is from the underside of the car.

I just replaced mine this past weekend. c4c5specialist is right about the access. It's a little tight but no big deal. If I remember correctly I used an open end 13. Be sure to put the cable back in the wire loom adjacent to the negative cable.
