I took my first c5 out today for a test drive...it was a 2000 automatic w/24,000 on her...

Very nice...very impressed...but I was wondering how the c5 seats work....not sure if it was broken in this car....the big straight bar on the left hand side of the seat moved it forward and back but I was trying to get my seat to come up...Iam short and wanted to be up closer to the roof.....in my 1990...my sport seats can go just about any direction....up, down, sideways, forward back, tilt, very good feature for me....am I doing something wrong in the c5? or were there different options when it came to power seats?

thanks guys....

HI there,
Be cautious, as I am thinking that there is something wrong with the seat adjuster, or the seat control module.
These adjusters are around $900, so I would be extremely cautious.
If they do NOT want to repair the seat, I would take a $1000 off the prices, because it may cost you this much to fix it.
