C5 Sport Seat Corvette font size

Help I've fallen and can't get up. I started down the path of having new leather seat covers made.

Now I need help finding out the font size determine what radius the letters are stitched into the existing leather.

Any help would be appreciated.

The person that does the lettering should be able to figure it out using your old seats I would think. Am I wrong? - Ron

I tried that but he is just as lost as I am.

The "official fonts", Venus Rising and HandlegothicBD are not close.

I may have to just pick the closest one and go with it.

A friend indeed, my brother-in-law solved the issue. I don't ask how or why just glad he did. The attached file has a few options. I will let you know how it comes out once I get it to the embroider.
