C5 steering column lock dealer installed kit still showing code

After three trips to the same dealer ship
And kit was installed they blew a fuse
Still shows code steering column lock and check engine
Turn the key nothing
Bought new 700 cca battery
If anyone has any knowledge on this issue please share ur thoughts

Most here on the CAC can't be of much help unless we know what codes were set. Post the codes and then maybe we can take a whack at it.

Or are you seeing Service Column Lock, or Pull Key, Wait 10 Seconds, messages in the DIC?
