c5 tires on Z06 rims

Will C5 tires fit Z06 rims? Just wondering, I have an opportunity to get a new set Z06 take offs from a 2004. The Z06 rims are 1 inch wider than my 1998 wagon wheels. My runflats have lots of tread left (70%) so I was hoping to them mounted on the Z06 rims. Question is: Will they fit properly and will there be any issues in ride comprimise?
The other option is to purchase the C5 five spoke silver takeoffs also from a 2004.

I do not recommend putting C5 coupe or convertible runflats on Z06 rims.

I have seen this on one car and the rims stuck out beyond the tires leaving them exposed to damage.

Its not good for your car. I believe Z06 rims should use Z06 sized tires.
