C6-R in GT1 Class

Why are we running in the GT1 class as the only 2 cars entered in that class? Lets build for the GT2 class and show our stuff to some compitition!!

It is being done. Team Corvette will be running in GT-2 after the 24 of Le Mans later this year. Last I heard there will be 2 engine sizes for the GT-2 cars, a 5.5 and a 5.0.
