Inside it sounds pretty good. Might be a little deep for some, I mean you can really feel the car under you now. I like it. You should see people look at the thing at stop lights It turned heads before but now even the die hard hotrodders give me the nod.

Cams with lots of duration should actually pass emissions quite well. The tuner tells me the scavaging effect will actually help emissions.

According to GM the higher the duration passed 230 the harder it will be to pass emissions. I passed my inspection , but they do not use a tailpipe sniffer here in Ma.

Ah, mine idles around 900 also. I knew before it sounded lower then that. I was just curious. Good luck with it.

What are the specs on that cam? Did you do the install or did your tuner?
