I have a 1992 Corvette with an LT1 engine. When I turn on my ignition, the A/C light blinks, and then after a few seconds or so, it goes steady green. My A/C will not blow cold air unless I unplug the fuses like my owners manual shows. Can someone tell me what the problem is and how to fix it? Thank You in advance,

Thank You

I will try this and see what I can find out. When you say I can read the codes from the climate control panel, does that mean they will blink so many times?

Yes they will "blink" to correspond with the fault area in the chart from the link posted by toptechx6 :beer

Actually the climate control head should give you digital display of 00 or a code 01 through 10, no need to count flashes like the ECM fault codes.

Thank You, and here are the codes

00=09 19=128
01=64 20=128
02=127 21=144
03=114 22=140
04=152 23=128
05=103 24=128
06=25 30=46
07=00 31=172
09=07 34=153
10=61 35=00
11=00 36=00
12=155 37=00
16=93
17=126

These above are the codes with the a/c on.

Looks like you have misunderstood the instructions, sorry if I was unclear. You only need to perform step one to read DTC's, that should display a code between 01 and 10.
Once you begin scrolling through the parameters you are reading the values of each component, it looks like you have posted the values of all components.
The values would only be helpful if the fault code (DTC) found in step one is related to that component.
As mentioned in my first post you really need the 92 Factory Service Manual to correctly troubleshoot your DTC, it will also help you understand the diagnostic procedure, again good luck.
