Can someone provide measurements for the security/cargo shade?

I can’t believe GM and other retailers want $50+ for a piece of fabric with stretch cord. I can’t even find it for less on eBay. I have to be able to make it for less than that myself. Or I can always give the measurements and material to my mom and she can make it for me. All I need is the measurements of the shade. So can someone measure one and post the results?

Has anyone done this in the past?

my 97 measures 42 3/4 in by 25 in stretched with an 11 in flap. seems like a great idea to me.
