can 't from 2nd to 3rd gear

can 't shift from 2nd to 3rd gear

I have 1985 c-4 with a dough nash 4+3 manual shift transmission.This problem just started happening. I can't shift from 2nd to 3rd gear, just hangs up in netural?? I can down shift with no problme from 4th to 3rd and 3rd to 2nd, but can up shift from 2nd to 3rd , any thought would be helpful, Wayne Tn

Thanks for the information, I took my vette to the transmission shop today and I was out in 15 minutes, It was linkage adjustment. Tks again for the thought , Wayne TN
