I have heard that the 69 BB came in many configurations in HP output. Is there a site were I can view on how to ID a 69 BB via it’s Vin#

You may want to start a NEW thread of your own to ask a question, rather than stomping on somebody elses.

Where are these numbers located? The 'V' number looks like an Flint engine stamp from the front pad. It would be a 350 cu in. 190 horse from a 49 state automatic trans car, possibly 1981. The engine was built May 6th.
