i have a set of 90 ported inj housings and plenum that i would like to put on my 92 can i do this ?

If the 92 is, as your sig line says, a Callaway Supernatural, porting of the housings and at least partial porting of the plenum should have already been done.

I'd contact Callaway and ask them before I'd start tearing down the engines.

callaway said most of the power gain were made in the heads said they only extrude honed the inj housings and plenum. having allready done a plenum pull it confirmed this . the bump in the primarary runner is still there . from what i have heard that is where the gains really came from . i have the extras from an extra motor i bought to do a future stroker . as well as a set of jeal headers that i am putting on right now . i thiought there might be an issue with the oil drain holes between the years i just dont know what the break was anyone have any knowledge on this ?

Well...Extrude Hone is a very useful process.

It would be especially good on the plenum where it's impossible to fully "port" it using normal porting tools.

according to gregvan d. removing the injector lump is what really helps the power out . it would be a fun test if i could ever find someone that knew if the oil drain holes were the same between 90 and 92. extrudeing process is nice but it leaves alot on the table compared to hand porting jmho
