My vette has a "shake" when cold in the front end since the day I bought it. Everything in the front end looks Ok. It doesn't seem to be engine/rpm sensitve So i kind of ruled out the engine. ( Pushing in the clutch or shifting to neutral makes no diff. in shake.)
But it is very pronounced when dead cold ie: sitting overnight. once it warms up , by that I mean driving it around its OK. I was told it's that yoko's take a set over night and need to warm up to straighten out. Is this correct? I have changed tires to Yokahama AS100, they were Yoko a520's prior. Any ideas? Does anybody else encounter this with Yokohama's?
It's not a big issue as it does smooth right out after about 4 or 5 minutes of driving.
