Carb rebuilder recomendation

I had ran into some fellow from a different forum this year at corvettes of carlilse and we were discussing a place to get a carburator rebuilt.the name that came up was jerry luck and I was told he had a booth at the show.Needless to say I never found his booth and I dont have his number does any body have it and would you recomend him?

I am getting a little itchy the month almost over and I havent spent any money on the vette this month

I don't know if it was me you were talking about but I did tell a couple of people about him at Carlise and where his space was, I haven't got my carb yet, he is a little backed up right now, to comment on the work, but everyone else recomended him on the other forum.

Check the Archives at the NCRS Tech Board, I know Jerry's phone number is in there. I called him once at a bad time; he was so busy it would take him 6 months for him to get to my carb, but that's why he's good.

No It was in an isle soposidly close to jerrys booth and I was in a swarm of vette heads.I dont know if we were near the registry booth or not.But I was running out of steam with my legs and over heating personally from the heat.And maybee I had 3 too maney coffes and redbulls in me but I was getting mental trying to find the guy.

I have had great luck with the Holley custom shop.
Had 'em rebuild my orig 396 carb that was torn down to its smallest element, and thrown into a shoe box for 25 years.
Looks and runs like new! About $350.00 as I recall.
