carbon fiber console progress

I decided to start with the center console instead of the dash since my console was all busted up. Of course it turned out to be way way WAY more work than I anticipated. This unit did not turn out so well but I have some ideas on getting the next one right. Also the console plate did not fit as I planned which is ok because after the console is finished I will make a billet aluminum black anodized laser engrave console plate to fit the console. It should match the new console better anyways. The brake console will be either black leather or CF and leather, not sure yet. And I will probably do a spare dash pad but not sure about using it as it may be overkill. I thought since the console is mostly out of view it would be a nice custom detail.

The Carbon Fiber looks good when used in the right amount. The Laser engraved console should be really cool. It sounds like your plan for the complete interior will look really good. Keep us updated with your progress! I look forward to seeing some more.
